Placing your order
 

  • No order is confirmed until full payment is received. Payment instructions are given upon ordering. 

  • It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any special dietary requirements.

  • You must inform us of any food allergies you may have. We will try to accommodate your request, however we use nuts, eggs, dairy ,wheat and other ingredients which may be in the allergen list in our production facility.

  • We CANNOT guarantee that any of our products will be free from any allergens. Orders are placed at your own risk.

  • All items are handmade and bespoke. Therefore there will be differences in colour, detail and placement of toppings and writing styles of the finished product. This does not affect the high quality of the cake itself.

  • We will substitute any toppings or additions to the ordered style/design depending on season and availability of items.



​Transporting and storing your cakes and other items
 

  • Cakes are fragile and require careful transportation to avoid damage.

  • Care must be taken to avoid damage and ensure safe transportation.

  • When transporting your cake it is advised that it be placed on a flat surface and without any objects placed near the cake. It is advisable that heating is switched off during the transportation of the cake as this will cause the cream to melt and the cake to collapse. 

  • Cakes should be transported in a cool temperature. 

  • Cakes should be stored boxed in a refrigerator.



Cancellation and refund
 

  • No refund is given on any orders or bookings. 

  • Please check your cake/item carefully before leaving our premises.

  • We do not take any responsibility for any fault or damage to any items once collected from our store.

  • We have a NO REFUND policy.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to any unforeseen circumstances.  



Delivery Policy

  • Minimum order value required. Please contact us for further information.

  • Delivery charges apply.

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery.

  • We take great care in delivering your cake orders. Should your cake order be damaged during transportation, we reserve the right to cancel the order without any notice period and offer a full refund. 

  • All cake orders will be delivered at anytime between 9am and 6pm on the date of delivery. 

  • We will make every effort to deliver your cake between the hours of 9am and 6pm on the agreed delivery date but should you not answer the door, your order will be cancelled. We do not accept any responsibility for any order returned due to non-attendance at your offered address. We will take a photo of your front door as proof that delivery was attempted. 

  • Once the a delivery attempt has been made and there is no one present at the address during the delivery hours, redelivery can be made the next working day with another delivery fee. (If you call and rebook)

  • We do not offer any delivery directly to the door of flats or houses with more than one floor. If you live in a flat or at a level higher than the 1st floor, you must receive the cake at ground level. We will attempt to contact your number at the time of delivery. Should you fail to respond to our call or text, the order will be cancelled.
